Its not that hard to explain....
To gain a rank, you just need to qualify for each rule, for example, Rank 1 (loves duncan) You just need to submit at least 1 picture(or writing).

Thats it!
if you havnt done anything, than you just wont go in any rank.
Hopefully this will encourage more submissions, and club entries.
